Provided by YP.comRUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Same as previous reviewer, this jerk wouldn't even let me ask a question before hanging up on me. I tried calling back several times and he continually hung up on me over and over again. DO NOT BRING ANY BUSINESS TO THIS SAD EXCUSE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. They have NO customer service skills and probably can't fix your printer anyway.

Provided by YP.comI called to see if they would work on my printer and before I could even finish my sentence, the guy said we don't work on those and hung up...I'm sorry but that is completely freaking rude. Whatever business they would have had of mine in the future just vanished in 2 seconds...
