Manager Alan was friendly and helpful. He was able to recommend what additional things that we needed and took time to really make us feel like family.

Staff was fine and apologetic, but the car starters are total crap! After replacing 2 starters (mid-grade and then a new one) and other parts that were probably unnecessary now. We wasted countless hours and ended up buying a starter from another parts shop. They did refund our money, but we wasted A LOT of time!!

On 9/2/12, I went to the store to get a battery replacement. I did not have a receipt but I was able to retrieve from home the transaction for purchase of a battery a year earlier. Although by some mistake the warranty information for the battery was not in the Autozone database, the manager if the store in duty (I believe his name if Lloyd) was flexible enough to replace the battery by one of the same kind without a copy of the purchase receipt which is the sole method that they would normally accept to honor the warranty. Although, I was on my own right entitled to the warranty, I must commend this manager for being reasonable and flexible enough with this customer. Congratulations for being service oriented. I recommend this place.
