The only good thing I have to say about this place is that I am out of there. There is no professional traits that I could find in the administrative staff. In fact, I was lied to about having an appeal resent as the first diagnosis was wrong. The assistant to Pamela Mason said he would resend with the correct diagnosis. My insurance company has yet to receive any paperwork from November 16-December 1, 2017. They told me if they did not receive any paperwork I would be the one paying. I asked them for the paperwork before I left and they told me the computer was frozen and they would mail it to me. Nothing. Barbara Wanzer has no business being in social services as she as is fake and mean as they come. They all lie and put on fake smiles. They are also short staffed. I believe being social with the nurses and staff comes before checking patients call lights. It takes forever for them to answer a call light and sometimes the medicine you are supposed to receive is never given to you-ask Ricky!! The rehab group is great but that's as far as it goes. I would suggest they all look for a different place to work as this place is not worthy for anyone to stay. If I could give Cottonwood less than a star I would. Ask them if they are Hippa compliant. Of course they will say yes even though papers are put in a box outside the medical records doors and stay their all weekend. Get rid of the people who think they are fooling people-they aren't.
