So disappointed in this place. Didn't care much for the place the first time as it didn't even look like my dogs had been bathed, but decided to give it another shot. When I picked the dogs up this time, I didn't notice my pups face until we got in the car, but she had the fur on half her muzzle completing shaved to the skin and it was bleeding. I immediately took her back in and the groomer said the dog was too wiggly. She said I should find another place to take my little dogs. Very rude and didn't even bother to tell me up front she had cut my dog. If I could post a pic here I would. Half of her face is completely a mess and is scabbing and painful. Do NOT go to this place. Another small complaint is that they were ssshh-ing my dogs because they were barking at the other dogs in the place barking. Impatient and doesn't seem like they like dogs.
