Awesome customer relationship, probably the best I ever had in a garage. They really tried to figure out the best solution for my car, instead of replacing everything and charge me for that. At the end, I paid much less than I expected! You can trust these guys.

Lucas Auto is a really good shop. You can trust that they will find the best way to take care of you. I brought my car in for an overheating issue. Their techs quickly diagnosed the problem. The price was not the cheapest quote I received but seeing the great cars in their bays being serviced gave me the confidence that the work was worth a few more dollars and bonus my car was ready to be picked up just a few hours later that same day!

My husband took my car in for scheduled maintenance a few months ago. The service adviser told us it did not need this service until another 5k miles. She was so honest in telling us this. I definitely recommend taking your car to Lucas Auto Care in Cedar Park.

This is a great shop. I've used them in Houston and I am so glad to see them in Austin. My daughter goes to St Edwards and it's a great comfort knowing there's a shop I already trust enough to have them take care of her car.

I just got my window fixed here, and had a great experience. As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond a simple window fix. I was in and out with in three hours of my investigating phone call. And on a Saturday! Thanks guys!

This place is awesome. I moved to Austin from Michigan and needed to find a quality mechanic for my Audi. They replaced my timing belt, water pump, etc on a Audi 3.0L for the most reasonable price. I got rides to/from home. They answered my myriad questions with a lot of patience. These guys are reliable, honest and easy to work with. Highly Recommended!

This is the most honest repair place I've ever been to. He never tries to talk me into buying new stuff or new parts for my car, and he's always honest about what's needed. He once told me I could go for a lot longer on my oil changes than I thought previously, which is basically telling me to come less frequently. Very quick too. Freddy
