Pat hudspeth installed my pool years ago. In 18 months, he never finished the job. The skimmers and deck cracked before the pool was finished. The spa jets were installed incorrectly and the spa does not work. The waterfall install was amateurish. The plumbing had to be redone. It cost me thousands trying to fix the mess he left me with. The pool has had serious problems since day 1. It is hard to believe he has an A+ rating with the BBB because I filed a complaint with them that Pat refused to reply to. I had to take Pat to court and won a $4,600 plus interest judgement against him. He told the judge similar b.s. like he wrote below, including claiming I owed him money. Travis County Judge Scott saw through him. When the sheriff's office collectors went to his house to seize his assets, they were nowhere to be found. He knows how to manipulate the system. Pat Hudspeth has never paid 1 cent toward the thousands he owes me. I thought Pat was a decent guy when I first met him. He claimed to be Christian. Pat hurt me greatly when he burned me. If Pat Hudspeth has integrity, he will pay me the money he owes as deemed by the courts.

I hired Pat Hudspeth from Unique Pools to do a remodel on my pool. At the end of the job, there was a huge crack in the pool and I lost over $5,000.



This is the most unprofessional pool company I have ever worked with and I would not recommend Unique Pools to anyone.

nightmarish..........do not let this "pool builder" onto your property..............completely incompetent and negligent..........

4 month long delay leading to completion at very end of swim season........................utterly and totally disappointing....

should have sued this moron and his outfit for gross negligence......................every corner cut, every deadline missed..........i had to spend an additional $30,000 to fix the mess..................pool looks great now that i will have spent $75,000 total and waited 12 months to use it!......................this isn't the most awful pool building story you've read, but for utter ineptitude and negligence in heeding warnings and ignoring contract details, it's up there!!!



if you must hire this guy for some personal reason ( i cannot think of any other reason) have a lawyer review the contract and make sure that the builder is on site when he pours concrete!
