Found good service when u ask for help and to order parts in for whatever you are working on

Stand there looking at the product waiting for a employee. They both just sat behind the counter and didn't bother to ask if I needed help our had questions. I will be taking my money elsewhere for sure!

Find someplace else to spend your dollars. I bought rockets there for Mark for his birthday as he wanted to build and lauch some with the grandkids. He took Oliver in there to get some more engines, Oli needed to use the restroom and he was most rudely told " we don't have one for customers to use". We'll be buying future rocket supply purchases online. Screw supporting a local retailer when that is how they treat a customer.
