Provided by YP.comThe airport may be relatively small, but flying in and out is quick and easy. Quality customer service is a major perk at this airport. The staff at the airport were friendly. Each time I flew out of Cedar Rapids, I was in security and through in a matter of minutes. They have a restaurant in the main terminal, as well as a bar and convenience store behind security. If you're in eastern Iowa, this is merely your hometown airport. You could use five airlines: Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, and United. American, Delta, and United each fly to major airports that connect you to potentially hundreds of international destinations, which may include Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Detroit, and Minneapolis/St. Paul. Allegiant offers low-cost flights to Las Vegas, Los Angeles (seasonal), Orlando/Sanford, Phoenix/Mesa, Punta Gorda, and Tampa/St. Pete. Frontier offers low-cost flights to Denver (seasonal) and Orlando. The main reason why I offered only four stars was that the prices are very high (unless you fly Allegiant or Frontier) and I want daily flights from Cedar Rapids to Houston to become available again.
