Incompetent machanical service. Overcharges and doesn't stand behind there poor service work. I would not recommend. Horrible service and very rude manager!

Great company. I appreciated the prompt service in the middle of the night. Special thank you to Aaron who was kind and made me feel safe while I was on the side of the road with my 2 sons. I would recommend this tow service to anyone.

Hooker Towing was Excellent! ☆☆☆☆☆Very prompt for as late as it was. ☆Also went above and beyond by letting us sit in tow truck during the rain and waiting 40 min. for a cab to pick us up☆Big Thanks to Sean/Shawn for making us feel comfortable and SAFE!☆

Terrible service! Rude employees! Refused to take my towing insurance even though the company called to pay them. The manager was extremely rude and downright mean. There was no reason for it as I was just trying to pay them. Horrible company!

Terrible customer service and rude people. Had to ask for help to tow my truck. Then left deep scratches all over the bumper.
