Provided by YP.comSwitched to Im'On due to reliability of the other major provider in our area. Before, I literally had to re-start the modem 2 to 3 times a day with them and that was after 2 service calls. Our devices would get kicked off wifi constantly. We stream all of our TV viewing, I work from home and my son is always online gaming. After switching, all of our devices stay connected and I have not had to re-start the modem once.

I have not had Internet for 2 months, 24 hour "tech support," is not helpful, customer service does not do their job, do not put in tickets when they say they will, do not show up for appointments, etc, etc etc. They wonder why you are upset. Media com is bethere than this if that tells you anything.

Provided by YP.comOnly internet provider where I actually got the speed I pay for! I got 30 mbps internet and my speed test showed 30! Internet has always been great and haven't had a single issue. Service guy was a pleasure to work with also.

Provided by YP.comIf you want an internet service provider who (1) fails to consistently deliver the speed advertised, (2) provides shoddy equipment that cannot service your entire SMALL home, (3) employs technicians who fail to inform you of all charges, only to assess a petty $7.87 bill, (4) deal with attitude and customer service reps who seem uninterested in assisting you, then IMON is for you.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst company EVER!!! We don't have service 80% of the time. Call customer service and they will be put front with you that they don't care. We will get a tech to your house in 7-10 business day but they won't be able to fix your problem. We looking at paying to get out of our contract because this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY

Provided by YP.comThey screwed up my billing and blamed me . they want me to pay a late fee because they screwed up and they will not work with you. Ive never had a company out right accuse you of misleading them. Will be stopping service and take my business elsewhere.

Provided by YPmobileWow. I have never experienced so much trouble with my Internet and cable TV. ImOn is a joke. I have had Mediacom and Dish and never experienced this many problems. Funny I still pay my bill every month but don't get the service I should receive. Hey ImOn how about a credit on my bill for all the Times it don't work. I will be calling mediacom or Dish on monday. Provided by YPmobileHorrid. They charge fees for litterally everything and Internet service is much slower than what I am paying for. I left mediacom for this company and they are the worst! Apparently not... Imon is taking the lead.

Provided by YP.comTerrible performance on their internet. They bring on new customers by the hundreds without second thought that their capacity cannot handle their growth. I've dealt with speed issues for monthes straight and received the same excuses everytime i called their tech support. Even after their upgrade i'm still having issues yet they refuse to let me out of their contract without paying a cancellation fee. What makes matters worse is that mediacom is just as bad, welcome to the monopolistic market of overpriced internet.

Provided by YP.comJean M 11/9/2014 We were told when we signed that shortly we would get a better box with the new features but haven't seen it yet ! With the remote, we turn the TV on, it goes off ! Turn it on again, it goes off ! Maybe the 3rd time it works ! I would go back to Direct TV or Medicom in a minute, they have more up to date equipment and we got a lot of our channels dropped !! Not happy :(

They have 24 hour technical service on internet except they don't know what the hell they're doing!if you want to throw your money down the rabbit hole this is a place to do it

Provided by YP.comI have read the other reviews and I think they are bogus. I have been with IMON since they were McLeod, and that was in 2001. Their customer service is great, and they are always willing to work with me on price to match deals that Century Link, and Mediacom are promoting at the time my contract is up. Never had a problem with making a payment, or with their staff. IMON rocks, never mind these other yahoo's that are bad mouthing the company. Also as a side note, their advertised speeds are true! I have the 25MB package, and I consistently receive 23-24MB down.

Provided by YP.comI am a huge fan of Imon! I only have their internet and it is amazing compared to century link. I consistently have 13.5-14.5 MBPS download speed, my 2 roommates play games online and have never had any issues.

Provided by YPmobileDVRs suck!!! You record a show and then when you watch it later it cuts out every 5 seconds. If you call customer service they tell you to unplug your box and plug it back in..works for a week then happens again. They got rid of 15 channels I watch on a regular basis and are still charging me the same amount on my bill. Fed up!!!

Provided by YPmobileI have never had such a hard time making a payment to any utility. The snarky customer service reps on the phone are baffled as to why Imon is not the most important set of usernames & passwords to remember in my life. Expect to be placed on hold for 10 minutes per call (it will take several calls to resolve any small issue) and expect Imon to charge you a $6 "convenience fee" to make a payment.
