My mother chose this cremation thinking she would have her pre- planning after life taken care of...

Simple, very simple is all! Pick up of body, transfer to the crematory, cremation and filing of the death certificate.(to which you pay for separately)What they don't tell you is they send the cremains back in the regular mail! We opted to travel to the crematory at our cost to pick our loved one up... The container in which your loved one is returned in is substandard.. Make sure your cemetery accepts this type of container.(we were not told this).I could go on and on...Make sure you and your loved one know exactly what you are purchasing!

I would certainly compare with your local funeral home/crematory before purchasing from here...
