I would NOT recommend this company! The only reason I even give them one star is because the website wont allow a zero star rating. They are slow to get even simple things done, there is absolutely no customer service and no follow up! The only good thing I have to say about them is that they build nice looking decks. But looks are deceiving....once the deck is built, don't expect it to pass inspection! Also, they cannot be relied on to correct their mistakes so that their work will pass inspection. Its been three or four months since the failed inspection and still no sign of One Stop Construction. Phone calls have not been returned, and at one point I was even hung up on! And don't even get me started on their handy work on doors! One piece of this project was for them to install a front door. The door is installed but it doesn't close properly due to the chain at the top being placed incorrectly and it now looks uglier then it did before they started! I'm done with this company. A new contractor is coming in to clean up the mess that One Stop created!
