I placed an order while staying at a hotel from them. The gentleman answering the phones was very rude. I told him I would not be in the room when the pizza was to be delivered so please call my cell phone when they arrived. An hour and 15 minutes later I had no pizza. I called for them to tell me that they tried delivering the pizza but no one came to the room or answered the phone. I had no missed calls and asked the front desk because she said they even had the front desk call. I went to the front desk and asked if anyone had stopped to deliver a pizza and they told me no one had stopped. I called back to the lady and she now had a different story and no one stopped at the front desk just called and left a message. There were no messages in the room or on my cell. She also hung up on me as I tried to call and ask for the managers name. Will not use again!!!!
