I am not recommending State Beauty Supply in Cedar Rapids. After ordering on the phone with Stacy we went to pick up products and nobody was there. When I called to order I wasn't told they closed in 10 min, even though I said we were on the way. They Wouldn't give me refund on my purchase only store credit even though I never was able to pick them up or sign credit card receipt. I would have been more than happy to get store credit if they had better hours that would accommodate my schedule. Not only would they not process my refund but the clerk, Stacy, was the rudest person I have ever talked to, claiming that I was a liar and she was still at the store 2 mins after closing. I am a licensed professional giving business to you! We are the reason you have a job. If you don't have great customer service then you should choose a different line of business.
