My wife was in a very serious car accident in August 2011 and we filed a lawsuit against the other party. We didnt hear anything about our case and never did get to speak with Pete himself after the initial consultation. Just a bunch of invoices that would come every week of how much we owed him. Came down to mediation an settlement time and i swear the mediator was working for the other lawfirm!! They just wanted to settle right there and Pete had nothing to back up what we were claiming for. We ended up settling for WAY less than what was deserved as it had already destroyed our credit with the medical bills. And this is after a year and a half of absolutely no communication except for the invoices. So do yourself a favor, go with someone else. All documents he gets you can easily get yourself and save yourself some money. Or find someone that will actually do their job and work for You, not just his cut of the settlement. Waste of time with him!!
