Our Language is English FIRST. Why when you call Veridian you get Spanish speaking first. I was told it was the Board. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING. GO back to regular recording for the phone. We are NOT IN MEXICO ..This is USA. ENGLISH. What are they doing? I have been with Veridian for a long time but will be leaving.

The staff are friendly and Veridian Credit Union by far is the best bank I have ever worked with.

I have been a member of Veridian (formerly John Deere Community credit union) for over 10 years now and I have never had any issues with them. Nearly all of my loans/credit cards are with Veridian. They have friendly staff, great rates, and it's so easy to do online banking. Five full stars!

I Recieved a letter in the mail from your credit union in Waterloo,IA with a check for $4000.00 and i really don't think that this is an actual company. I for one never heard of a credit union that would send a check that's bogus for that amount. I also see that you have Waterloo, IA as a service area, I would really like to know more of this so called Veridian, or know more about an Henry Thompson and Paul Fills! I have never delt with a ruder group of people in my life. I needed assistance with my savings account and recieved four different stories over a very basic question. They have not treated me as though I am a human being and they are always short and eager to not have to deal with you. I am deffinetly finding a new bank!!!!!!!!!!
