I'm self-employed - have to watch every penny.
I look for good places to spend my money.
Bonus is when I find real, honest, hard working people.
Around June 15th 2017 I stopped in to get my glasses tweaked.
One of the two pairs I purchased in 2008 was not holding the lens well and a screw always worked loose.
David spent some time and was able to get them going though we both acknowledged it may be time to get some new ones.
David was also running the desk it seemed so he very professionally kept his cool while helping all who walked in and still repairing my old broke down glasses.
July 17th 2017 I went back as I had finally saved up enough for new glasses.
David and I sat down and soon I was anxiously awaiting my single vision snazzy new sun-glasses and a no-line bi-focal pair as well.
When I picked them up I was very happy with the clarity.
However, with the bi-focal I had only distance views to test - nothing up close.
Upon returning home and working on the computer etc, I realized they were single vision - not bi-focal as I had wanted (one pair no-line bi-focal, the other single vision sunglasses)'So I called and talked to Sam.
Sam was very polite and understanding.
Sam spoke to her manager and I was told to come back in the morning so they could make things right.
So I returned the next day. Talked with Brittany.
She was very courteous and worked to get my order straightened out.
I turned in the incorrect glasses and returned a bit later to pick up my corrected glasses.
I really like them!
So, a little bit of mistake but maybe a complicated/confusing order mixed up at first but made right in a friendly professional manner.
I would recommend this store with this quality staff.

the absolute worst place I've ever gotten glasses. I ordered progressive lenses, tried them on at the store and told the rep that I couldn't see out of them. Her words were " it takes a couple of days to get used to them" . Wrong. Took them back, she said there was nothing wrong with them. This was a 40 mile one way trip for me. The absolute rudest people I have ever encountered. I took them to an different eye doctor, come to find out, the charged me $600 for single lenses . Save your money, don't go there. I gave them a "one star" rating only because rating was required to post this. If I could I would give them less that zero.

Why would you even think of spending money at a place that will not take back their product sold if it does not work. They will give you a credit. But why would you go back. You are much better off to take a walk across the parking lot and go to Sams or Walmart

You would think they would be SMART enough to put Hours of Operation online. How is anyone to know when they are OPEN? You call the number listed & it goes straight to a Fax??? Duh

I purchased a pair of semi-rimless glasses from them with progressive lenses and I was very satisfied. I love my glasses. The service was very good. They filed my insurance for me and received a check within two weeks ,

The manager Tom was very helpful he seems to be the only one who cared enough to address my complaint.He explained company return policy,it is clear his hands are tied ...

I ordered glasses for my daughter and myself when it was time to pick them up we did no more than 15 min in the car my daughter said these glasses have cracked lenses where the screws go into the lens.I turned around and went right back. Spoke to the manager. It was not a pleasant experience. Turns out there so called techs in the back thought they could do my daughters glasses in their lab and they should have been sent off.Was not happy at all with the experience.Then I had trouble well my glasses were just over a year old and had a problem with the pin int he frame breaking off at the lens.Went in spoke to a woman...she said well its over a year we could try to get you new frames however most of our frames run $99.I said forget it I never did any thing to these glasses and now they broke.Walked out. I would never buy any thing from this store.The actual owners are in Texas and own a chain..They don't reveal their phone number either its hard to find. They also don't retu
