This place is a joke! I have used them three times and every time the equipment has failed. They are really good at telling you its your fault. Best advice I could give is to go somewhere else don't waste your time and money with this company

Equipment is not safe and could cause serious injuries. A while back I rented a wood chipper from Grand Rental and was shown how to operate the machinery upon picking it up. When the chipper was started the throttle cable broke,my brother-n-law (who is a mechanic) fixed the issue. After that, we restarted the chipper. Within about 2 hours my brother-n-law heard a rattle sound and shut down. He inspected the chipper he noticed bolts sheared off to a plate that held pieces in place so they do not go into the grinding teeth. Thank goodness he discovered this. The chipper machine vibrates and the loose bolts could have flown into one of us causing severe injuries. The equipment was returned 2 hours early. We showed the owner & response was "we have our own mechanic". Her "mechanic" looked confused and then asked my brother-n-law for advise on how to fix it. The owner refused to refund me & was very rude & unwilling to accommodate, even after we pointed out the safety issues.

Last year I rented equipment from this location about 8 times. Out of the 8 pieces, I had 1 trailer basically explode, 1 dingo with the stand on platform that wouldn't stay up and kept nailing me in the shins (oh and the dingo trailer barely has a deck on it. It is so rotted out that you have to be careful where you step), 2 non-running compactors, and 1 non-running bed edger. So they get a 3/8 for 2015. Batting .375. Fast forward to 2016, thought I'd give them another chance. rented twice from them so far and it's the same story. Equipment malfunctions and they have no interest in fixing it. The owner seemed on the fence on whether to argue with me over their lack of ability to properly work on thier own equipment. 0/2 in 2016. Lifetime average .300. I am not going back.

The equipment here breaks down every time! We didn't even use it, called 10 minutes after we left and they said they were refunding us. The owner likes to lie to your face and then change her story 10 minutes later - And she wouldn't dare call me - I had to go in there - And no we did not get our refund - which was yet another lie! What happened to good customer service? We always try to shop local and support our local businesses but we will never come back here. Especially when they bad mouthed another local business!

UNBELIEVABLE. Rented a brush hog for 24 hours for simple long grass on house that sat vacant. Unit had no kill switch, ran rough, halfway through the job, the blade belt broke. They replaced it for a new unit after I drove all the way back. That's where it got bad. The girl at the counter kindly told me to return it when the job is done for my troubles. When I finished and went to work the next day, my girlfriend took unit back with our 4 month old daughter in the car. She was approached by the manager, an older woman, who began barking about "doing dirty work" for me and calling us criminals. I immediately called the woman after hearing the story from my gf. She literally screamed into my Bluetooth for 20 minutes telling me how she will file a police report and how I am an irresponsible human. I was in disbelief; I actually expected to be compensated for my extra trips in fuel to return the first unit. The manager demanded a full extra days payment plus late fees totaling nearly $200. She then sent an apology letter for the way she acted, yet still demands money. Both my gf and I have recorded our conversations with her, and I have my paperwork stating that the unit had no specific drop off time because of the initial failure. They lost potentially thousands of dollars in sales to us being the closest rental place to our house we just purchased. FIND ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT rent form this place unless you want to be charged for a dry rotted tire my husband rented this for a site evaluation and was way over charged I have pictures to prove this PLEASE beware of this company

Wouldn't go anywhere else. I come here for all my work and home needs! they have everything and anything imaginable and for the most part they know exactly what they are talking about. When I go in there I feel like it is a home, Same faces always smiling and laughing with one another. I really enjoy going there.
