Called Joe around noon today. He had just returned from a job almost down the street to his home, but had an opening this afternoon, and immediately booked me in even though it meant getting everything back out on the truck and getting his employee back and ready for another job. While here both were very personable, and did an exceptional job of locating our septic tanks, digging them up, and getting them opened and cleaned. Both tanks were well past due to be cleaned out, so it took longer than normal to get them empty. But Joe did not charge me any extra for the extra time spent chipping out my sludge and hardened toilet paper crude. I absolutely recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking for any plumping need as they are licensed to do it all. And I know they will do as fine a job for anyone else as they did for my wife and I today.
