Not Impressed. My husband and I were in the market for a new gas range. We found one that we were interested in. The sales person said they didn't have it in stock. It would take about 10 days to get it. We told her that we needed something a little sooner than that. She went online (for quite awhile) checking for other ranges that were similar. She came back and told us, basically, sorry there isn't anything else available. At no point, did she try to "keep a customer". For example - offering the floor model at a discount. This is exactly what happened at the next store. We were offered the floor model at a reduced cost and picked it up ourselves the next day. We were ready to buy and Kettle Moraine Appliance didn't seem interested or motivated to have our money or business.
