Amazing food and incredible service

Absolute best Thai food I have had since leaving NYC! Seriously, the green curry is incredible, the Tom kha soup was awesome (my 18 month old couldn't get enough), and the drunken noodle is fantastic.  My family is only here from Denver for a short while, but we eat at hong palace everyday.  My husband loves the Chinese selection as well. I am extremely picky about my Thai food, and I am floored (and kind of sad) that this jewel is hiding in this tiny town.  I cannot stop raving about the curry.  It easily ranks with the curries that I've had in NYC, Seattle, and everywhere in between. The portion is gigantic, is packed with veggies, and it has the right amount of heat.Also, the staff is fantastic. Our server (and I suspect an owner), Lisa, is the best.  My baby is in love with her and never wants to leave after our meal.  This sweet woman is so dear to him and she even served other tables holding him (because he was bereft when she would leave).Go to this restaurant. Go often. You will not regret it.
