Organization was very, very unprofessional when trying to reserve for Wedding Reception.



- Organization has no verbal or written explanation any rules or regulations.



- Organization makes up their "policy" as they go along. ("There is no need for clients to see or sign any rules or agreements until after the organization already has the clients money." Clarance Reckelhoff 2/14/2009)



- Ramona Buechler requested $300 deposit on behalf of the organization without showing any paperwork.(Never saw any rules or regulations if they even have any stating a non-nonrefundable clause.)



- Ramona Buechler acted as if we would be able to change the date so that Jarett (our best man) and Shawn (another groomsman) would be back from Iraq. (However she said she needed a date before she gave us an adequate amount of time to contact church to see if there would be any conflict)



- Ramona Buechler (apparently the only one anyone can contact when renting the club) always had an irritable attitude when conversing, starting with first time dealing with her.



- Ramona Buechler said she would get back to us after she talked to the officers. However she still has not got back to us.



- Ramona Buechler did not even discuss the issue with any of the officers.



- Ramona Buechler first sent an Agreement wanting me to sign it over 2 months after we had already went else where for our Wedding Reception. As seen in the above picture.



- Ramona Buechler refuses to discuss with anyone who can take care of matter.
