I have been using Tri County Propane for about 10 years. They installed a 1000 gallon tank at my business and one at my home. They have filled the tanks very promptly whenever we call them. They have been extra friendly and helpful. My experience has been excellent.
My guess at those bad reviews is that maybe one left an unintelligible phone message after hours. I get those at my business and I can't call them back. The leaky tank may not be Tri County's tank. Then again maybe they don't pay their bills?

This company does not even deserve a rating, their service is that bad. I have been trying to get gas delivered to my elderly uncle for 3 weeks now. It is freezing outside and now he is OUT OF GAS with NO HEAT!! This company is terrible, they will not answer th phone and will not return calls after message is left. BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TRI COUNTY PROPANE. YOU WILL BE LEFT OUT IN THE COLD!!!

My tank is leaking, they will not replace lost gas. I have ask for a New tank and they are putting me off. I am unable to use my fireplace, Bad Company, don't use them!!!
