Airmax air conditioning and heating offers horrible customer service and awful air conditioning installation.

Airmax is an unprofessional company that has terrible customer service and their technicians are unprofessional and inappropriate. I've encountered several of their technicians do to my air conditioning unit being out and three of them were unprofessional. Their staff within the headquarters are equally poor, Jessica would life and never knew any information.. Kim would call with inaccurate information as well. Brian was hostile and verbally aggressive. And Scott and claimed to be the owner was completely unhelpful and unconcerned with the suffering his clients were having to endure due to his company's work.

I suffered from May 26th to June 14th with no A/C (20 days) in a home with temps reaching 100 degrees, due to their service!!
