Dispute over a charge was my mistake. Still, the manager was not customer centric and I will not return to this business again. To be very fair, the facilities are good for the price you pay. Just read the darn contract before you sign it. And make a note when the "extra charges" kick in so you are not surprised.

This gym is open 24 hrs a day, and offers tanning. Contrary to what other reviews have said, I have never had an issue with this gym. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Added bonus, their tanning beds are level 4 and level 5 beds; not just level 1 beds you typically see at other gyms like Planet Fitness. They do offer the option to cancel within 3 business days to receive a full refund if you think you won't be using the gym. It's so frustrating to see reviews like the previous ones at a place that I love just because people think that rule exceptions need to be made for them.

It's pretty sad when this business is more concerned with a few dollars in there account than repeat business and referrals. Signed up for service and never used fitness center. Cancelled after 1st 30 days and was told that would be charged for next 30 days even though never used and was cancelling. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for a year renewal even though I had cancelled. They were not will to do anything about these charges. So my spouse cancelled as well. A big scam and would never recommend them to anyone. I'm sure with this kind of care won't be in business long.

While the day to day staff of this gym are friendly, the general manager is not really interested in long-term relationships it has with the members. When bringing issues to her attention (in my case a stolen credit card compounded by health issues causing billing problems), she is not willing to work with members to resolve them. Very poor customer service and a very short view of customers as just a source of monthly transactions instead of long term relationships. Instead of cancelling the membership without any fees in order to preserve a customer who could come back after injury, she chose to collect $60. A loss of a customer and future referrals.
