Technician lack experience and honesty, company needs a long way to go to learn customer srvive and how treat clients. This tech came to my house to check wiring for my AC that was out, he replaced a switch in the attic that does not have anything to do with the outside unit. He said AC working and left five min after he got there.., guess what, AC was still out and tech didn't even bother to go outside and check the unit before he gave his statement. When I called the office that woman at the desk was not only rude but liar and tried to convince me tech did what he supposed to do. Plz use someone that will give a peace of mind not heading and frustration. Thanks for taking my advice.

I recommend you go w/ a company who treats people right. One of this company's vans hit my truck mirror and they won't pay for the repairs. Three people saw the incident ! They claim to be a Christian based company but they sure aren't handling this situation correctly per their beliefs. Go with another company that will treat people the way they should.
