I did not have a good experience with the assistant manager named Trevor. When i walked in he was sitting behind the front counter. Normally when i walk into O'riellys i get five steps into the store someone is there to ask me how can i help you. This is not the first time i have walked in and Trevor not be on his phone. I walked around looking for a good 15min before he even relized i was in the store. I was there to get a sensor for my 98 c1500 chevy, i need 3 items, one was a purge valve for my evap system he had no clue as to what that was, i had to show him what it was by pulling it up on O'rielly web site. Thats sad that an assistant Manager could not fined what i was looking for. The second item i was looking for was some vacuum fitting. He pointed me to the area were they were. Then went back to his phone games or what ever he was doing on that phone. When i finaly found them i wanted to ask him a question about them, but he was no were to be found.
