I will go in and repair or clean out foreclosure houses and also rental houses. Here is some examples of what I will do . I will clean out the whole inside and outside and also will repair locks, board up windows, paint, etc. To get it ready to sell or rent. Will charge one low fee I do not charge by the hour. My fee is $200.00 for one house or rental. Plus you include all the materials that I will need to get the job done.
