I was looking for a place to fix my Dyson vacuum cleaner that was just out of warranty and had broke (doesn't that always seem to happen) :( when low and behold I found this place and have been a fan since! My vacuum cleaner was fixed and returned to me in a fair amount of time and for a fair price. Then about 1 1/2-2 months ago my laptop crashed and I came in to get it fixed since I was satisfied with their previous work they had done for me. A few days after turning my laptop over to them a gentleman (Omar, i believe he said his name was) called to tell me they would have my laptop a little longer than what they expected because they had to order a part (I had messed it up pretty badly, oops!). Totally understandable and I appreciated him calling to let me know. I'd usually take my laptop to Best Buy for a fix, as that's where I got it..but I always had to take it back in because they never actually fixed the problem. For around the same cost AAAA Teva fixed my laptop without losing all my pictures/files and it's actually fixed...I haven't had to take it back like I would have to do with best buy in the past.



I've only ever experienced great customer service and great fixes with this place! HIGHLY recommend!
