Sara loves and knows dogs. She does a great job grooming my little malty-poo and he never comes home all stressed out like some other groomers have caused! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sara knows and loves dogs, and it shows in her work and how my special-needs dog can't wait to go in when we get there! I highly recommend Ace Grooming and Sara to everyone who needs dog grooming services. I will never trust my dog again with anyone but Sara to be groomed.Foxy's Mom

We've been going to Ace Grooming exclusively for over 6 yrs.Sara takes EXCELLENT care of our dogs and grooming isdone professionally. I hope she never retires!

I have been bringing my 2 big dogs to Ace grooming by Sara for 13 years and have always had excellent service! (I started with 2 other dogs who are gone now, and have 2 new ones) . I first went there when she was under the Launder-mutt name many years ago. Sara and her staff are knowledgeable have a very good way with animals. I will never go anywhere else.

We took our cat here for a lion cut. Sara claimed she had experience with cats. After 4 hours I hadn't heard from anyone and called to check. They said he was almost dry so I went to get him. His cut was HORRIBLE! Huge chunks of hair were cut while some areas were still long. His mane was cut off on one side and was 4 inches uneven. It looked as though a child cut him with scissors. His one leg was shaved above the knee, but the other one shaved below. I will have a to have real groomer try to fix this cut, but it will take forever for his mane to grow back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. IT IS THE WORST GROOMING EVER!

We have taken our dogs here for a couple years. It is easy to get in and they do a great job! BONUS: Keep your money with a local, family owned business!

I have been taking Zoe my labradoodle to Sara for 6 years. She does a great job. I am picky and ask them to trim her a certain way and they do. Sara is kind and compassionate about her work.

Sara is the ONLY groomer that I will take my dogs to. She is kind and compassionate and KNOWS animals. I have gone to her for advice on different dogs I have had and she always helps me or refers me to appropriate trainers. 5 stars for Sara and her facility!

I have brought my dogs to Sarah a few times and EVERY time there has been a problem from the rude man at the front, to her running late finishing my dog (has happened EVERY time) and the last time I witnessed her hit a dog in the mouth with the nail clippers!!!! That was the LAST time I ever brought my dog within 100 feet of her. Her other employees were pleasant and I also witnessed her verbal abuse to them while I was waiting. She's completely unprofessional in EVERY aspect!

I got a purebred lab puppy that I picked up on a Friday evening. It was dark and I didn't get a really close look till I got home, and noticed he was covered with ticks. We called Ace Grooming by Sara because they are open till 6:00, and it was just a little after 6:00, so we hoped to leave a message for an appointment the next morning. Sara herself answered the phone and said to bring our pup in right then and that she'd wait for us. It took us a good 30 minutes to get there, but she was very pleasant. She carefully washed and treated our pup, but the ticks were persistent, so Sara went ahead and washed him again, treated him and then combed him very carefully over every inch till she was satisfied that the ticks were gone. This was her Friday night, yet she spent all that time to do it right, and did a wonderful job, too. She wasn't in a huff or a rush, and was just as pleasant as could be. She also treated our pup as if he was her own child, and he just loved her! The "pup"

ACE Grooming by Sara is Fantastic. We found her by accident and we are so happy we did. We have been going here for over 3 yers. We started with one dog and now have two and they DO NOT come home all freaked out. I also like that she has expierence in a vet office as a tech as I feel like my dog is in a lucky place if something were to go wrong or have some issue. I have always been able to ask her questions about almost anything and she has suggetions or has been able to refer me to thr right place. I know I can count on a Great Job, Honesty and Quality. I have been working in customer serivce and you get what you pay for applies and in these times, I have to say that I get the best customer service from Sara. I do not agree with the "OLD man that is at the front desk" comments, I have never had a problem with him. I am so pleased and very happy with ACE GROOMING by Sara.

These groomers did a great job with my lab/chow mix and she looked wonderful. Her shedding was down by 95% after taking her here. I will agree with the other comment, that the man that works the front desk is not pleasant and is difficult to work with. It makes me less willing to return to this groomer.

I used to work for Sara and she treats the animals as bad as she does her employees. I worked there for about 5 months and I witnessed Sara (the groomer) hit dogs, choke them, yell at them, restrain them violently etc. as she was emotionally abusive to her employees too. Please dont bring your dogs there or let your friends work there!

I have brought my dogs to Sara a couple times due to the location. To begin the old man who I belive is her dad in the front was BEYOND rude. A young man named John was very pleasant and came around to ask if I needed any help. When I was talking with John I witnessed another employee drag a dog across the back by the leash. The groomer said nothing. I was nervous to leave my dog and wish i had gone with my instincts. My dogs were traumatized by the experience and I found cuts on my animal that could only have been caused by the trimmers! My cousin is a groomer I know what "brush burn" looks like and this was NOT it. Not only that, my dog looked like a drunken freddy kruger cut his hair. I called and they were very rude and took no accountability for the damage. I will NEVER return to this place and if you care about your pets at all neither will you!

I have 2 big dogs, each about 125 lbs. They received the works, bath, trim, nails etc...They looked great. The old guy that answers the phone and works the front desk, is not pleasant at all. I looked past it the first time, just chalked it up to him having a bad day. Whatever right, WRONG, it's a perpetual thing with him. I'll put up with his snide remarks, my dogs look good, everything seems fine. Next time, he's even more rude than the time before. I pick up my dogs, they don't look as good as the first time, they're not dry completely, they haven't been trimmed up, and their back side hasn't been cleaned up and trimmed like the first time, and now they are having trouble with their back legs, and are afraid to go up and down the stairs. Never a problem for them before. A couple of days go by and one dog seems to be feeling better, the other dog is not doing any better. A week later, it's time to brush out the dogs, they usually love this. One is fine, the other one with the hurt

Sara's shop smells terrible. I feared for my dogs health. Clean it up!!!

Sara needs to do some serious cleaning in her shop. The shop smells awful and is filthy. Her work was plausible; however, I was afraid to leave my dog in fear of disease. Clean it up and you'll be fine.
