I ordered a pizza through the online system and was told by the MANAGER, "oh, yeah, that system doesn't work.. its really glitchy.. for the past 3 hours we've not been able to deliver a pizza within 90 minutes.." I asked if there were any measures taken to notify customer's and the response was, no, "once in a while it works right". I asked what I was supposed to do and was told to "just wait - its on its way". The manager stated she was HAPPY to NOTE THE COMPLAINT FOR FUTURE ORDER DELIVERY CONSIDERATION (i.e. don't try ordering with us anymore). By the way, the call was not answered for 2 and a half minutes... can you say lack of help blamed on the website!?
