I have never seen so much incompetency in my life. In the multiple phone calls I have made to Apria to try and get an oxygen concentrator for my visiting mother, I had to talk to multiple employees through multiple locations, had to repeat information, was put on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time; explain to them that they did confirm with me that they received her doctor's prescription, etc. At one point, weeks before her arrival, an employee did state that Apria could process the order, and we paid. The very next day they said they cannot do the order, and we should find someone else; AND THIS WAS AFTER THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. Since the payment went through, I expected the oxygen to be delivered, and the day before my mom's arrival I called to confirm, only to have them repeatedly put me on hold. I told them the Centennial office was supposed to deliver the oxygen, and they told me that they were not able to get through to the Centennial office, but would call me back. They never did. Today the oxygen was supposed to be delivered, and was not. When I called, they told me the order was cancelled, and could not explain why. They promised to get back to me after the talked to the Centennial office, and once again, they never did. I cannot believe they are in business - and to mess up on something as important as a patient's need for oxygen. We paid for this - and I really do resent all the hours I spent with these people.

There is no customer service, they never answer the phone. They send you threatening letters that you must call them to schedule a maintenance check on their equipment but then won't answer the phone when you call. The worst for sure!!!

HORRIBLE! Worse customer serv...

HORRIBLE! Worse customer service I've EVER experienced! Called them a week ago because my C-PAP mask was broken and I needed a replacement. They told me I'd have one in 2 days. It never showed up so I called today and was told that they were waiting for authorization from Medicare! This is a LIFE-THREATENING condition, and they couldn't call to let me know??
