Our buying experience was excellent. Our service over the past two years couldn't have been better.
I will not only buy others cars from this dealer, I will highly recommend this dealer other prospective buyers.

DO NOT buy from Arapahoe Hyundai!!! This dealership does not care about it's customers or it's reputation in the community. We purchased a used vehicle from them for $9500 cash and it broke down 11 days later. They had the car for almost four weeks and sent it back to us in pieces and said it needs a new engine at the price of ANOTHER $6000!! They are horrible to work with and will do nothing to help us. They are rude and arrogant and very unprofessional. We are out almost $10,000 CASH and have a vehicle that is worthless! If they cared about their reputation, they would attempt to help us with this! Shame on Arapahoe Hyundai and David, who is one of the "owners". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME IN COLORADO!!

Within two hours after talking to salesman Jimmy Jones at Arapahoe I owned my Santa Fe. I called him on a Saturday morning and told him I wanted a blue or green Santa Fe and he told me he had a green one and would pull it up front and be ready for me when I got there. I told him what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade in and that I did not want any back and forth haggling. I got there, he was so professional, the owner accepted and offered a very agreeable sale. The process was quick, our financier Ricardo was great. We had walked around and looked at a Santa Fe earlier in the week there, but I didn't hear back from that salesperson. Sure glad Jimmy answered the phone that Saturday, he made everything happen for us. Thanks Jimmy and Ricardo and all the friendly employees at Arapahoe. And a big thanks to the owners there. I will tell everyone to come to Arapahoe.

We purchased our vehicle here and have had a recurring problem with the sliding doors. '07 Entourage. They repaired one side after several visits. First you have to come in for them to diagnose, then you have to come back when the parts come in, which take FOREVER! They get "ok" ratings because they give us a loaner car, but we have to drive an hour round trip just to get to the dealer, so multiple visits are a pain. Then the other side started acting up and we've been back three more times, once because they ordered the wrong part, then told us it was fixed when it wasn't. We also asked them to check the brakes on that visit and they said the brakes are fine, which they aren't, they are down to 1/8" on the front, which isn't fine. We also asked them to check the alignment as the vehicle pulls hard to the left and they had done prior repair work from a collision, they said it's fine, but it is not, it still pulls hard to the left. We still don't have our door fixed and it's been about 2 months.

Not happy...
