Let me tell you a story of Waltzing Matilda, a rather large elk who felt the need to fly into my Ridgeline truck off I25 and Belleview at a high rate of speed. The damage was horrendous, I was an emotional mess and the truck was 6 months old. Shelley and the crew at Body Beautiful put my truck back together and even arranged for special pinstriping to be hand done to celebrate that I lived and so did my truck.

Now when I ran into a viscious cable divider in a parking lot (damn sneaky way to divide up a parking lot). Body Beatiful had the job of fixing it. That would be because NO ONE ELSE TOUCHES MY TRUCK. After all the repairs were done they pulled up old files and showed the pinstripping artist the pics so he could put the designs back on the new hood.

Now, not that we are accident prone but when another member of my family had a rearender Body Beautiful was there to put her back on the road fast and with professionalism.

Body Beautiful is a family of "choice" and the work together so well, and are always willing to do that one extra little thing to make life wonderful. They have delivered my vehicles to my house when they knew I had no way to come get it.



Reality is that no matter how good a shop is, how they handle things that don't work out is what matters. You cannot repair a vehicle without there being collateral work that will need to be done to tweak things later. Body Beautiful has NEVER FAILED in their responsibilities and to stand behind their work. I have even seen them fight for the customers safety and refuse to put in an after market part on the recommendation of the Insurance company.



Every car in my home goes to Body Beautiful for maintenance/repairs and so do my friends.



Shelly, when are they going to open a bike shop so my real babies can get spoiled?

My experience with Body Beautiful was exceptional. I had no trouble finding the shop; the store was clean and well maintained. The service was quick, but thorough and all of my questions were answered. The shop called to ensure I was able to set up the rental car without any problems and also sent email updates on the progress of the repairs; I appreciated that level of communication.



Overall, this process so far has been smooth, professional, and one, I, without question, give a 4 star rating.

Body Beautiful Collision Repair has been a great place to do business with in getting my SUV repaired. They have been extremely curtious and answered all my questions. Also they have kept me up to date on the status of the repairs with phone calls and with emails. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a refual to have work done on their car

After another terrible accident I took my car to yet another unknown repair shop BB(BodyBeautiful) wondering how they would treat the car I live in They took great care of my car! It looked the same when I drove it new from car dealer. When I take customers to lunch, they comment on how nice it looks. (I do outside selling for a living and drive from customer to customer). I had no complaints about BB service. I liked the fact about daily emails updates on my car status. They took great care of my car.

Unfortunately, someone ran into the back of my newest car. However, BB has once again provided me peace of mind while the repaired her to glory. It’s only a car but I worked to pay for her and she’s mine. I appreciate the care and professional service provided by BodyBeauiful staff. When it is your car close enough is not good enough when you want thing done right.

After I was in a really bad car accident recently, we took my Toyota Sequoia to Body Beautiful Collision. The damage was awful and I was very upset (who wouldn't be after being in an accident) but, from the moment I delivered it there, they were helpful and reassuring about fixing the repairs and easing my mind. They called and emailed me often to let me know the status of the repairs. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but after I saw the outcome today, I was MORE than pleased! The employees are very friendly and actually KNOW what they're talking about. I'm very impressed. They have my vote/ recommendation. :)

If you want great customer service and attention to detail, Body Beautiful is the place to go! I had an accident during a move and my friend suggested this shop. They kept me up to date on the process and were able to take care of the repairs quickly And my car looked terrific. I will use them again if I have the need.

After my wife wrecked my truck I was devistated. I didnt think anyone could ever repair it to "MY " standards. My wife tried to reassure me that we have good insurance and they would fix it like new but I wasnt sure. Our insurance company looked at it in a tow yard and told me they wanted to send it to Abra because they were on their program. at 1st I said ok but then I looked into their history and found out they are a huge corporation that doesnt have a very good reputation for doing good work. My Accoutant told me he had his car fixed at Body Beautiful and they did a good job. I told my insurance that I wanted my truck fixed there and they said they wouldnt work with them and I should stay with Abra, needless to say I made them take it to Body Beautiful and they worked just fine with our insurance and did a great job. they charged alot (over $6000.00) but it is perfect. Shelley even even called me last week to make sure it was still doing good. I would recomend them to anyone.

After my accident last June I was referred to this shop by my insurance agent. Pat and Joe made the repair so easy and my Honda looks brand new! I had to return last week because of a rattle and found out it was a broken clip not related to my accident. They replaced the clip at no charge! This is the best body shop in town!
