I was told about this place by my best friend. She was impressed with her service so I made my boyfriend an appointment since he needed new glasses. We went there and the staff was nice, but wanted to tell us about their personal lives, I am not sure why. My boyfriend came out to pick some glasses out and the lady was helping him pick out lenses. He has really thick lenses so he wanted the ones that were made thin. She said that would be a little more but he would like it more. He went with the more expensive and thin ones. The bill was over $500 with insurance. The contacts were suppose to be in the following Monday. We went to pick them up and they only ordered the right eye. She said that she would e-mail him when they were in. He never got an e-mail so I called a week later and she said that she had sent an e-mail and that he must not have gotten it. I picked them up after work and he was really upset when he noticed that the lenses were the thick ones and not the thin ones that I had paid for. He called and the lady lied to him on the phone and said that they were the thin ones, but then changed it when he argued with her and said that they wouldn't fit in the glasses that he had gotten. We will never go back there and will not recommend it to anyone. The eye doctor was amazing, he just needs better staff.

If I told my best friend about this place I'd say why not just poke your eyes out and save the hassle of dealing with this douche-canoe? Really this is a terrible place to go. Go to a real professional.
