Got disappointed. I had a problem with my notebook, which is still under the manufacturer's warranty.

DHE said that they ordered needed parts, and then a week later, I called them and found out that they lied about it. They found that my manufacturer's warranty has an issue and so they did not place the order for the parts without letting me know about it. I wasted the whole week waiting for nothing.

When I found the situation, my warranty was close to be expired. I immediately called the manufacturer, fixed the warranty issue in a couple of hours, and then asked DHE to order the parts. They said they finally did place the order.

And.... now it's been another week. I called them today, and they say that they have not gotten the parts yet and have no ideas when those are coming in.

I don't know about their technical skills yet, but at least their communication skills are unprofessional...
