Provided by YP.comI have not had a good impression about East West Veterinary Service or about Dr. Questen. I have called to set up appointments or for questions about my pets. Sometimes weeks will pass without a call back and other times the call will never be returned. The one appointment I did have with Dr. Questen, she was thirty minutes late. This business seems to be very poorly run.
I am very sorry to this review from one of our valued clients. We have been struggling with our current answering service for nearly 2 months now, trying to solve why sometimes we do not recieve messages. I have been giving them a chance to correct all the issues, and they are trying hard to keep my business. In order to give each one of our clients the individual high quality attention their pets deserve, sometimes visits lasts longer than expected. We ALWAYS call clients when we are running late to keep them informed and to give them an opportunity to reschedule if needed. I truly appreciate your patience as our phone service resolves their technical issues. All my good clients who personally know me and my integrity well, you know we truly care for you and your pets, so if we ever don't return your call promplty, please don't hesitate to call again, technical difficulties can happen to anyone!

Provided by YP.comI was taking my cat to a regular vet hosptial, but hated going every time, my cat freaks out in the car and gets really nervous at the cinic. so i called Dr. Questen and i loved everything about the experience. my cat was calm for the exam and even let her take blood without biting and scratching. She seemsed to know her stuff and was very nice. I will continue to use her and would reccomend her to anyone who is looking for a vet!
