Justin came to my home to follow-up on diagnostics for an electrical problem I was experiencing. Not only was he punctual, friendly, and professional, he found the problems extremely quickly. Better yet, Justin was able to fix the problems (previous homeowner's crappy corner-cutting job) even more quickly than he found them. I was prepared for a high cost due to the severity of the problems, but I was delighted when I was presented the final invoice for hundreds less than I expected. This was my fourth face-to-face interaction with (a) Plumbline employee(s) and I have been extremely happy with their service and professionalism every time! Thank you!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Had an appointment 5/31/14 and they never called to tell me the technician would not be coming. Rescheduled for today 6/7/14. Said someone was at my house for 40 mins waiting but they never were there. Total BS! You will never get money from me or anyone I know. I don't even want to give you a star because you deserve nothing. I hope you go out of business

Invoice # 3215. Billy T did the camera inspection of our main sewer drain after it had been cleaned out. He was great - friendly, informative, patient and thorough with answers to a multitude of questions. Billy demonstrated upfront that the camera was live - which alleviated some of my concerns I have heard about companies using pre-recorded media to "show" non-existent problems and therefore to sell services. Billy then proceeded to take me on a tour of our main drain! He explained what was happening on the camera's trip out to the street as well as a more detailed and slower inspection on its way back in. Billy made suggestions about what would be necessary to bring the sewer line up-to-date, but I never felt like he was patronizing or doing a hard-sell. His report and estimate were concise, informative and helpful for decision making. I was still sceptical of Plumbline Services after the drain cleaning, but Billy sold me on Plumbline Services! Commendations to him!

Jim came to the house, introduced himself, put on shoe covers, explained every step of the AC inspection service he performed, cleaned up after himself, addressed questions, provided contact information for any future questions and moved on to the next appointment. Jim was very professional and I appreciated his attention to details.

He is very knowledgeable, & efficient. Identified the problem and fixed it. Explained everything as he went along. Friendly, positive and assured that the problem was not the end of the world. Also cleaned up the working area when finished, and it is probably in better shape than when he got there. He is an asset to Plumbline

We've been using Plumbline Services for a year now and each technician that we've gotten has been excellent. Sam T. helped us get our swamp cooler turned on. He was on time, had all the right tools to fix our leaky faucet and climbed up the roof to get our unit running. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I am impressed with him and the company and want to recommend them.

When Neighborhood Kids Broke Water Pipes

When my neighborhood kids were playing outside my house, their football hit a few pipes in my house. A few of them broke and water started leaking and flowing all over the place. I immediately switched off the supply but wondered what to do next. Meanwhile, a teenager entered my house to collect the football but he also suggested me to call up a Denver plumber to fix the pipes. After my call, I was amazed to see a couple of technicians coming from Plumbline services to attend the problem. Within two hours, everything was fixed and things were back to normal. Their perfection and quick service really impressed me because if they didn’t come on time, I would’ve hesitated to switch on the water supply for days together. Then I realized that it would be better to save the phone number of a good Denver plumbing company so that such instances will not trouble me anymore.

Dmitri did a very thorough job of cleaning my AC condenser and even cleaned up my deck to make sure that the remaining residue didn't stain the surface. Very friendly and willing to talk me through what he was doing.

Horrible experience!!

First off, we were originally quoted $99 to have our lines roto-rooter'd. When the technician arrived, he wasn't able to get his machine into our basement and said he had to go get a smaller machine. Three hours later he came back with it but said it was actually going to cost $260. If we would've known that ahead of time we would have just called a different company.

Unfortunately we got the bad news that we need our sewer line replaced. The technician said he'd get back to us with a quote and we set up an appointment to go over it and talk about the plan of action. He didn't show up for that appointment and several phone calls went un-returned.

Our sewer started backing up again this weekend, so we called Plumbline to see if we could get it roto-rooter'd again to buy us some time. We explained the above mentioned situation to the receptionist, telling her about the price difference and that we have been trying to get a hold of our technician without luck. She said they could come out to roto-root our lines again and cover it under the warranty for all the trouble we've had with them. We set up an appointment window between 2-4.

After re-arranging our work schedules to be home for the appointment window, 4pm rolls around and no technician. We called and they said that the appointment was put on hold because they left us a message saying they wouldn't cover it under the warranty. When we asked to talk to a manager they said there weren't any in the office and we would have to leave a message.

Now it's 5pm on a Saturday and we don't have a sewer system.

You can bet we wont be using these guys to replace our sewer lines (a $7-10k job!)".

Don't use Plumbline, there are plenty of other companies who have a sense of customer service and stand by their word.

The service I received from Kevin at Plumbline was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to answer every question I had and went above and beyond to answer them, providing me with great piece of mind with regard to the work he did on my sump pump. He was polite, courteous and respectful of my home. He truly was an all-pro with how he handled this visit, and I would give he and Plumbline the absolute highest recommendation to anyone.

Technician arrived on time, discussed the process of installing a sump pump system, described the layout and where vent pipe would exit the home, prepared a fair quote and spent time answering all my questions. I was pleased with the end result. If I have any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues, I call Plumbline and ask for Ron.

Consistently good service; have used Plumbline many times and they always make sure the job is done right. Mike C did a fine job this morning, tackling some very old pipe & fittings and doing more than quoted so that he could complete the job.

I had a water heater that ruptured. I called at 7:00 a.m. and they had Kevin show up during the promised 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. window. He found the problem in a faulty water pressure regulator, and did a thorough examination of all my water fixtures to assure there was no hidden damage elsewhere. He made a straight-forward recommendation, explaining each point. He gave me a number of options and the cost, without giving any pressure for any decisions. He did show me the benefits of their Capital Asset Protection (CAP) Program, which is an annual maintenance program for my home. As I hadn't had my home thoroughly inspected, or general preventative maintenance checks performed on my major home utilities for a number of years, Kevin saved me a large amount of money on these things I needed anyway, and by packaging all these things together, I feel I was treated fairly. Kevin was very friendly, yet professional. My home is my biggest investment, and because I'm not that "handy" to examine these utilities to prevent major problems, the investment in the prevention area seems wise, and having someone with the expertise like Kevin makes me feel protected against the calamities I don't want to have surprise me. Yes, this costs some money; I wont' say the bottom $ cost wasn't pretty, but I can't afford a flood, a fire, and my family really enjoys continuous hot water and a comfortable home environment without sudden interruptions for long periods of time. So, the bottom line is this: Paying for good equipment to prevent unexpected failures and paying for professionals to inspect and service that equipment will prevent the type of calamities where your home owners insurance policy is activated - and who wants that?

Kevin P. did a great job. After determining my water heater ruptured when my water pressure regulator failed, he carefully inspected all my water fixtures for any other hidden damage and recommended some reasonable actions to prevent future problems. He cleaned up the job site after he was done, was very professional, and explained all the charges and options that allowed me to consider an annual maintenance plan that was going to save me some money on some long over-due inspections of my other major utilities. If you want professional, competent service, call Plumbline and tell them you want "Kevin P."
