Not Impressed. One star only because I cannot give ZERO. After a 2 month process of Pre-approval application, sending in all required documents, removing ALL hiccups from my credit, to where it is flawless at this point, obtaining verification of employment, and everything else... TWO MONTHS LATER I get the news that it turns out that even despite dropping the sales price by $45K from original quote, despite a significant improvement to Credit Scores since pre-approval, to reflect absolutely NO negative reporting, that now we cannot get Approval to send to Underwriting?! Really?? Should this not have been determined 2 months ago, during the Pre-approval?? What a gigantic waste of time. I will not be using Rocky Mountain Mortgage Specialists in the future, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Colin N Hart, LO, moved a mountain to get me financed for my first home when no one else would help this disabled vet. If you are looking for someone to give your business too, this is the Man for the job. I will not be able to thank him enough for making homeownership possible for me. Thank you so very much!
