Never again

After waiting an hour for my scheduled appointment the first time I was seen I was given a prescription for 3 days of pain medicine for my pulled back. 5 days later I called about my back still hurting and was told the dr. would call me back. I called 7 times and after 2 days of waiting was told that they would only refill my prescription if I was seen AGAIN... So the next day, and another $150 paid, I went to the appointment to be told they wouldn't give me anymore medicine and just to stretch. So instead of telling me that on the phone, they told me to come in so they could charge me again!!!

The dr. said they don't give pain medicine for long term for my condition.... SINCE WHEN IS 3 DAYS LONG TERM?!?

And I was seen on the family practice side, so I wasn't just a drop in for the urgent care side!

So I have a pulled back and a list of stretches to do and instruction to make another appointment if it still hurts! It still hurts now but they want another $150????

GO ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! TREATED LIKE A DRUG SEEKING ADDICT AND A CASH MACHINE. Thanks for nothing!
