Absolut nightmare to live here!

I got my car towed twice in front of my building because I was not provided parking passes. My dog cut its paw on broken glass on the property. Old and squeaky units, very noisy - neighbors above me have two boxers who run wild in the house making everything shake and rattle in my apartment day and night.

Staff is forgetful and condescending (Ashely) although they are all smiles they do absolutely nothing to help. I wrote the Greystar manager twice with no reply. Elizabeth Dendinger is basically a sales agent who always apologizes without actually doing anything to provide resolutions.

If you don't enjoy walking 10 minutes to your apartment because parking availability is always an issue don't live here.

Maintenance staff David and Ryan absolutely outstanding - knowledgeable, competent and courteous - this is the only positive I can list from my living experience on this properly.

For the same rent price you can get a larger unit, renovated, with stainless steel appliances, attached garages or carports at either the gated community Greenwood Plaza or Greenwood Park.

This place is horrible! They will screw you over definitely DO NOT RENT HERE. Numerous neighbors complained about their management many other people including us have expierienced so many problems. They will not value you as a tennant and you will get SCREWED OVER in the end. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!
