Needed a hot water heater replaced. Called Sure Drain about 6:00 pm and set up an appt for the next morning, right on time he pulled in the driveway, looked over the job, confirmed the cost and went to work. Removed the old tank (taking care not to make a mess), and installed the new tank. Being very careful to ensure everything was right. A couple of days later I noticed a leak coming from the new tank (I had purchased from Home Depot) with one phone call they came back out, removed the old tank helped me return it to Home Depot, picked up a new one and installed it. Billing the cost directly to GE, so nothing more out of my pocket. They were very conscientious and courteous. HIGHLY Recommend.

Yikes! Where does one start... Overall, this is an unethical and sexist company.I called Jason over one evening to fix a clean water leak and he happily assisted in tightening a loose nut on my main water valve. Due to this generous gesture I asked him to return to quote additional problem areas in my master bath. Upon his return, he returned with a reckless contractor that he had decided to hire that day and pass off on the job he quoted me. Let's make a long story short... Jason had no idea that Eric, the new employee was "looking to meet new people to socialize" and thought that Sure Drain would be a great way to facilitate his need to hit on customers in front of their children. Mortified yet? Well I can tell you I was!!!!!My sons and I were trapped in our home for 8 hours the first day while the sketchy employee worked on our plumbing (slow leak...). Jason returns to explain that Eric is capable of completing the job the following day. Upon Creepy's return he has "worked" another entire day cutting tile and promising that he would complete the job quickly without much disruption. Meanwhile, my sons and I (single mother) are waiting for him to complete the job, which takes another 8 hours...and finally when I tell Eric it's time to leave (job still not done) he proceeds to ask me out dancing IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN! Wait... there is more: I complain to Jason who is allegedly mortified and offers to send a friend out who does tile work that the employee failed to complete before he harassed me in my home, who never follows through and proceeds to send collection invoices to me over a period of 3 months. Let's not forget, I requested this work in November, fixed it myself in February and had to call a new plumber out (not real trusting at this point) to repair the work that Sure Drain did at my home.Overall, I am disgusted and you'd fair well not to use this unethical company.

Instead they said they would come out for a trip charge, diagnose the problem and then tell me how much it would cost. Others quoted but the next cheapest was still over $100 more than Jason. He was able to fit me in the same day I called, was very professional and had me ready to go within about a half an hour. Will definitely call again if the need arises!

Jason did a great job fixing a problem with the sump pump in my basement. He was very knowledgeble and did the job in a timely manner. He gave me an accurate quote and was very repectful and friendly. It's nice to know I have a reliable and honest resource in Jason! Laura

It's never any fun to have to call a plumber but I was glad to have Jason fix our sink. He was on time, he solved the problem quickly and even fixed a couple of other problems for no extra charge. We will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Call Sure Drain anytime and they will save you money over the "bigger" plumbing services. I was quoted $1,800 by Applewood and had Sure Drain show up for $199, and deal with the same problem. IF YOU HAVE A PLUMBING ISSUE, CALL SURE DRAIN!

We called after spending a day and a half working on a clogged kitchen drain. Sure Drain Services arrived within an hour on a Sunday night (!!) and had our drain cleared and running in no time. Jason explained what had happened and how to avoid this in the future, and his service came with a 30 day warranty. We're going to call Sure Drain to install our water softener soon. Can't beat great service. And, the price was RIGHT!

If you need a plumber, call Sure Drain now! I went to the Tom Martino's website first and called Plumb Line. They were very professional, but their fees were outrageous and they tried to sell me on a ridiculous annual plumbing warranty program. After reading a few local reviews, I called Jason at Sure Drain and could not have been happier with the service. This guy is courteous, quick and reasonably priced! I give them my highest recommendation and I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I needed to have a new water heater installed. I called six different plumbers (including 2 of the big name chain-type outfits) in the Castle Rock area. Four of them called back with estimates. Sure Drain had the lowest estimate. Jason, the owner, did the install including removing and hauling away the old water heater. He was prompt, efficient, and did a good job at a reasonable price. Everything was done and cleaned up in about 21/2 hours. I would use Sure Drain again.

On New Year ’s Day we had a pipe burst and flood our home. First I was excited that he answered his phone, Second he came out a few hrs later, with the parts I described I needed and fixed the problem and I felt the price was fair, even on a holiday. As he was helping our family out, he was missing a holiday party with his family (at least he was going to be late to it, I hope not too late). It is refreshing to find a tradesman who is honest, nice and even on a holiday weekend charges normal rates.

We needed to have a plumber come out to reconnect two sinks after some remodeling work was done. I called Sure Drain and the owner Jay agreed to come out the next morning, which was a Saturday. Jay arrived on time, was very professional, gave a VERY fair estimate and had the job done in a little over an hour. I would very highly recommend Sure Drain. Since we had called on two other larger, more visible, plumbing companies to get bids on the same exact work and they both gave quotes over $1,300 (one was over 2K!!!!!) it was so refreshing to deal with an honest business person. Sure Drain's pricing was a fraction of the other plumbing companies bid - Jay was able to do the whole job, including parts, for less than $350. I would absolutely recommend to anyone having any plumbing work done to make sure to call Sure Drain before you engage with another company.

Fast, reliable and affordable. I found Jay on this website based on the other reviews. The were correct in what they said He gave me a quote over the phone and showed up on time and resolved our plumbing problem very quickly.

I have used Sure Drain two times now to clear out tree roots from my main sewer line in the Walnut Hills, Centennial area. Jay, the owner, is very professional and friendly and I will continue to use him for preventive maintenance and other plumbing needs that may arise. He is far superior to the other big name plumbing services I have tried in the past. His rates are reasonable and competitive with no surprises. Beyond that, Jay is very knowledgeable, flexible, timely, clean, respectful and courteous. He takes the time to explain things and answer questions, even if they aren’t related to the original problem. Customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Sure Drain.

I had a sewer clog on a Saturday and these guys answered my call right away. The owner Jay gave me a quote right over the phone that was less than we've paid from other companies in the past by far. And this was on a SATURDAY! He came out within an hour and was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he was done, he cleaned up his mess and even took the time to look at a few other things I had questions about at no extra charge. The price stayed at what he quoted me over the phone and there were no surprises or "service charges". I would recommend Jay and his company to anyone! He's my plumber from now on! A++
