I took my RAV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. All went well until my tire sensor light came on. No problem since I'd plan on taking it in the next morning and have them reset it again. It's normal for this to occur when rotating the tires. I was greeted with an attitude from Rod that never ended. He had a tech reset the light and told me there was a notice about these sensors issued by Toyota. That notice was issued over 5 years ago, and I have never had a problem when my previous mechanic reset the sensor because he used the scanner. You can't just hit the reset button; you have to use the scanner. When I tried to explain this to Rod, he told me they were too busy to do that, just try it. I didn't get down the road 100 feet and sure enough the light was on again. I called them back and Rod told me they were too busy to handle this now, bring it in, but he couldn't tell me how long it would even take. I assure you I will never take my RAV or Camry back to them

I went in with a AC issue. Steve was very helpful, understood my time crunch and was able to diagnose the problem and correct it quickly. They did not try to add on anything else that did not need to be done. Very highly recommended.
