My family has been going to Dr. Willard and his team for 20 years, only once have I waited past my appointment time, and that was because of a child emergency brought into the emergency room. They are the kind of office that you wish you walked into every time you had to go to the DR. They recognize you when you walk in and are unfailingly friendly.

I had gone to Dr. Willards office for a Physcial and they had collected $20.00 from me before the physcial had started. When I asked them why they were collecting this they told me it was for a deposit. The physcial took about 10 mins and I was in and out of there. I simply answered all the questions that were asked and left. Later to find out we got a bill for $54.00 stating that it was a office visit. When I called them to ask why they told me I discussed with them other health issues which included heart problems, and reflex issues. I have NEVER had any condition of those and I never talked to anyone about problems I don't have. And they told me that if I was healthy (which I am) they would charge it as a physcial but since i'm not they charge for an office visit. I asked if they had the wrong person and they told me no. I am getting billed for a physical which they turned around to a doctors visit?

Doc Willard and his crew have been providing my family, loved ones and myself with the highest level of health care for about 12 years. Each visit and problem have been addressed with professionalism, attention to detail, understanding to the situation with quick referrals or immediate response to a problem presented. Along with the high standards of practice by the Physicians, Physician Assistants or Nurse Practicioners, the Medical Assistants are too top notch, efficient and well informed. Now, the office staff are great as they are lead by Clemmy - the key to positive, effective, informed and quick response. Let me tell you. There was this blizzard coming in last winter - January 2010 I think. The press was going nuts touting this as the end of the world - pull you hair out kinds of warnings. I had an appointment set and ready for that morning. The staff was present and ready though every other place in town had shut down awaiting the doom predicted by the press.
