I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible, horrible service. Went in with my mom and she already had acryclic nails on. Just needed them to be filled. When asked how much to fill her nails the tech said $10. Right before polishing her nails he said its a $25 charge. I asked for what and he said I'm being cheap. I let him know that we were given a quote when we walked in so we want to know what the extra $15 is for. Then he said its an extra $3 to buff her nails(which I assume would be a part of "filling"), an extra $5 to use acrylic powder(but their price list only says gel and white tip costs more and acrylic is basic). That still didn't add up to $25 and didn't make any sense. I'm sorry that she paid him $20 without me knowing. He wouldn't even give a receipt. Poor poor service.

I really dont know where these ppl learned how to do nails & they customer service sucks no organization at all new owners thought i would give them a second chance still terrible service never will i go back there
