Yet another order messed up at Luca's Coney Island. Every single time I order here they screw up my food. Strangely the only thing I get is the egg sandwich. Sometimes the egg sandwich comes with cheese. Sometimes you have to ask for cheese. It used to come with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Now you have to ask for lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. So I guess the egg sandwich if you order it normal is an egg on two pieces of toast. Who the hell would order that anyway?

So, I went back because I wanted cheese. They took my old cold sandwich, put a slice of cheese on it and didn't warm or melt it and handed it back to me. So now i have a cold sandwich with cold cheese and it looks totally unappetizing. Cheese is suppose to be warm and melty and enhance the sandwich. I'm rather disenchanted with Luca's Coney Island and I will never be giving them my business again.

I wouldn't give it 1 star... what happened to this place?? Usually 3 times a charm, I have given them 6... ordered an omlette/hash browns, came home with someone's burger from the girl crying at the window....tipped extra and everything. 6 incorrect orders in a row is speaking for itself.

The worst place in the universe.

I just wanted to give TWO THUMBS UP to Lucas! My boyfriend and I visited from out of town for breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and our service was amazing! Thank you Sharice for making our dining experience great! I plan to visit here everytime I come in town!

I'm not sure what's up with the people who One-Star'd this place, but I'm a regular there (Twice a week, up to five if I have free time,) and it's been great from the start. Just about everything has been a first-time-right experience, and the waitresses have been extremely friendly, if not a bit heavy on the Romanian accent, if I'm correct.

As soon as we walked in and the waitress didn't great us we should have know to walk out honestly I have never had such a bad experence our waitress orderd our food and told us it would be 1.50 extra for chili and cheese so we were like okay.. she brought out the food with some potato things we didn't order and a full plate of chilli cheese fries and said the cook made a mistake so we figured okay thanks? She didn't say we were going to be charged for what was messed up or else we wouldn't have taken it I talked to her about it and showed her we didn't eeven eat it and she began to argue with me telling me so rude and bad customer service. Also she didn't come back to refil pop until we had to ask.

Awesome food, friendly service, and reasonable prices what else can you ask for
