My agent knew what he was taking about and explained the coverage i needed for my car and home. Now i have the right amount of insurance and i am saving money.

Premier insurance was extremely helpful at first when I talk to the insurance gentleman named Tom about renewing a policy through him he told me that I would have to pay another down payment and my insurance would only go down by about $10 when I have already been with premier insurance for 5 months I looked for a new company and ended up going with State Farm I only had premier insurance for about 10 days out of the month of December when I paid for the entire month he he refuses to refund me the difference and refuses to work with my new insurance company tom has been extremely rude to me and my new insurance broker it's a small privately owned company so there's nobody above him that I can call I do not recommend going through this company
