The apartment had mold an no air and they wouldn't fix the issue an what they did try an fix they half did just to say they tried we stayed there for 3 months and moved....

Gave them 2 stars because the rent is reasonable but these are very poor Apts to live in.we have had a mold problem since we moved here.they did a half done job of getting rid of it.ive lost valuable property due to the mold destroying it.air quality is very poor and my kids have asthma and it bothers their asthma on a daily.i would not advise anyone to live here.all they are worried about is their rent money and that's it.these Apts need to be torn down and redone.they also have a bad roach problem.no matter how clean you are you will have them.i don't know why they even have pest control because it doesn't help the bug problem.just nasty all around!!stay away

I been live here for two years apartment has mold health deparment came out twice and she still wouldn't fix it or anything only thing the want is rent on time. My heat and air unit cought a fire they put a used one out of another apartment in that didn't work. Never lived in since a nasty place people in office has very bad mouth. This apartment need to be torn down.

Can wait to move.They font respect your privacy or property. Enter into your home Unannounced. Half fix things.Has unpleasant attitude. Non-caring.Have had problems since I move there Dec.2014.Can speak to no one of concern have a made up residents so call hot line.no response. This is a place where you will have to get your lawyer involved and the news people to get any satisfaction.

I been here for 11mth..and wen itz hot outside a lot of kidz be outside in parking lot in d way of parking. .n d security gard just watch d kidz play with d rent box ..pulling people rent out..and d walls so thin ..i hate wen my upstairs neighbors get home...tired!!!cant wait to move!!!!!

It will be a year on the 26th since I've stayed here , and I was getting ready to move out in a couple of days and some low life stole my car tonight after I come home from work ! I know it has to be someone who stays here and knows my schedule . Never again will I stay anywhere close to here, my girlfriend doesn't feel safe and I just lost a brand new car. Hate it how you can't never have anything when you live around or by black people !
