this offfice is hard to communicate with. and down right rude . i bought property in texas leaving it to them to take care of all legal work involved. i have called the office more times than i can count to find out what was going on with the closing and was treated like i am idiot. a girl that works in the office actually hung up on me . i just wanted to know when my property had been closed . they could not or would not provide me with that information. ken muckelroy said he did not have time to call me back with the closing date, and would email me at his convienience. i paid him the fee to do the work, but he can't take the time to let me know that i own the property. attorneys are a dime a dozen. i'll do my research next time i'm in texas,instead of taking the advise of the local seller
