Fabuloso! Great food. Incredible service. The sauce on the (home made!) ravioli is heavy handed but the paella is the best! The tapis portions are large and a bit overpriced.... You'd be dropping 10 bucks a pop to taste each. Fresh fish, tender mussels.... NO SMELL! Sweet scallops. Interesting South America wines. The key lime pie is the best I've had north of the Keys. The atmosphere is very classy but yet casual. Again... the service is the best I've seen in years, especially in this Pennsy neck of the woods. If the sauces weren't so heavily poured on and if they'd lighten up on the cumin (very heavy to my taste) I would have given 5 stars. The same goes for the tapis. Tapis should be little bite-size tastes... and affordable while spening cash on drinks. This is a good restaurant... not a tapis bar.
